PF XPerience: 3 months of dynamic leadership development
People First bridges the gap between where students are and where the companies that they want to work at require them to be. PF XPerience is a combination of fun filled and fast paced set of events that are simply called level 1, 2 and 3. The central outcome of each level is as follows:

A process to practice what we learn in teams follows each event.
PF XP benefits :
World-class training resources:
The internship is designed specifically to address the need for world class exposure among college students in India. The People First internship draws from rich and varied sources such as ASES, Stanford, Growing Leaders USA, Newfield institute Australia, Dr. Edward de Bono's Tools, and other techniques such as Workout developed at GE.
Cutting-edge exposure:
People First founders have been part of both national and international forums such as the start-up of the Entrepreneurship Cells at BITS, Pilani, St. Stephen's College, New Delhi; SSN Engineering College, Chennai. We've also been guest speakers at the June National Congress and hosted sessions for an international audience of over 15 countries as part of the AISEC initiative.
Ongoing coaching:
Coaching is one of the new approaches in the People First internship. Just as top sportspersons require top-notch coaching to perform at their peak consistently, we believe that coaching the new generation of leaders will produce path-breaking results in response to the many challenges that they face on a daily basis.
Expanding leadership challenges:
Our internship gives people the freedom to pick the challenges they want to, in the areas that are important to them. Completing such challenges gives people the impetus to set bigger targets of achievement for themselves. We call this Challenge by Choice.
Opportunities to manage and lead teams:
Our members are organized in groups of 6-10 people called 'Sub-teams'. Sub-teams are constituted as small leadership communities, which when put together form the building blocks of the organization. Thus, people practice leadership, and debrief lessons learnt within the community.
Access to a wide network:
People First has worked with over 10000 people in the last three years, covering over 100 colleges across the nation.
Ongoing research:
We spend a significant amount of our resources on conducting pilot projects in the latest approaches, tools and techniques in people development.
